Nourrir les familles dans le besoin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. D\u00e9velopper l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation culinaire des jeunes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tableedeschefs.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">La Tabl\u00e9e des Chefs<\/a> se d\u00e9finit comme \u00ab\u00a0<strong>l\u2019association des chefs engag\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb dans la lutte contre l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et l\u2019\u00e9ducation culinaire des plus jeunes en les accompagnant vers l\u2019autonomie alimentaire\u00a0\u00bb. La responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, en assurant la viabilit\u00e9 de son restaurant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La responsabilit\u00e9 environnementale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. La responsabilit\u00e9 sociale, tant envers les clients qu&rsquo;envers ses employ\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.covermanager.com\/fr\/la-rse-dans-la-restauration-on-fait-comment\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7830\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">terme \u00ab\u00a0RSE\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> para\u00eet aujourd&rsquo;hui presque d\u00e9suet, c&rsquo;est pourtant bien de \u00e7a dont il s&rsquo;agit <strong>quand on parle d&rsquo;une cuisine responsable<\/strong>. Or, pour certains, allier \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9conomie\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0responsabilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb semble encore compliqu\u00e9. J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 la d\u00e9marche de la Tabl\u00e9e des Chefs tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante : je pense qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, nous devons \u00eatre attentifs aux gens qui nous entourent et \u00e0 l\u2019humain, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. \u00c7a rentre dans ma vision de ce que doit \u00eatre un chef en 2022. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:300\">\u2013 Louise Schmit, La Tabl\u00e9e des Chefs<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La cuisine responsable peut-elle rimer avec nouvelles technologies ?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Louise, <strong>la technologie a pris une place centrale dans les m\u00e9thodes quotidiennes.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Dans notre association, la technologie nous a beaucoup aid\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. On a par exemple mis en place des ateliers en visioconf\u00e9rence.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais Louise temp\u00e8re, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.covermanager.com\/fr\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"7323\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comme d&rsquo;autres chefs et personnalit\u00e9s du monde de la restauration l&rsquo;ont fait avant elle<\/a>. S&rsquo;il ne faut pas s&rsquo;en s\u00e9parer, la place de la technologie doit rester comme elle est.
