Il n&rsquo;est pas auto-centr\u00e9, plut\u00f4t le contraire : <strong>il prend \u00e9gard des personnes qui l&rsquo;entourent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et il y a une <strong>certaine \u00e9vidence<\/strong> l\u00e0-derri\u00e8re :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est juste une histoire d&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;esprit, de focale. C&rsquo;est assez humaniste comme d\u00e9finition.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00e9complexer la cuisine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Anne, <strong>il y a un renversement de vapeur concernant le mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique<\/strong>.
