Hospitality Assistant

We are looking for people who love to communicate and advise, we go to all the restaurants that receive reservations to inform them that it is possible to manage them in a more efficient way.

A Hospitality in CoverManager must be a person passionate about communication and dealing with customers. A close and decisive person.

Requirements

Attitude, strength and desire to grow professionally.
At least 1 year of experience in dealing with customers.
Knowledge in Office package.
Languages: Middle English Other languages will be positively valued.
Problem Analysis Skills.
Timelines organization and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the CoverManager client portfolio.
Be decisive.
Troubleshoot incidents quickly and efficiently.
Be proactive.
Identification of customer needs and expectations in order to offer maximum attention and quality of service.
Customer Database Tracking.
