Responsibilities

Manage the CoverManager client portfolio
Be decisive
Troubleshoot incidents quickly and efficiently
Be proactive
Identification of customer needs and expectations in order to offer maximum attention and quality of service
Customer Database Tracking

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in dealing with customers
Knowledge in Office package
Languages: Middle English Other languages will be positively valued
Problem Analysis Skills
Timelines organization and compliance skills
