  • Be decisive
  • Troubleshoot incidents quickly and efficiently
  • Be proactive
  • Identification of customer needs and expectations in order to offer maximum attention and quality of service
  • Customer Database Tracking


  • At least 1 year of experience in dealing with customers
  • Knowledge in Office package
  • Languages: Middle English Other languages will be positively valued
  • Problem Analysis Skills
  • Timelines organization and compliance skills
