CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the reservation has been booked, a confirmation email will be sent with all the corresponding information about the booking.

If you need to change the date of your reservation or the number of guests, as long as we have availability you can make this change free of charge with at least 48 hours advance notice. Please email us at info@cincsentits.com to coordinate.

You will receive an email and SMS 2 days prior to your booking to reconfirm or cancel your booking. Once you have reconfirmed the booking, it is finalized.

If your table does not show up or cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, your credit card will be charged 75€ per person cancellation fee. Please contact us at info@cincsentits.com if your plans change for any reason and you cannot make it. If we have sufficient notice we may be able to seat another guest from the waiting list, in which case your cancellation fee will be refunded.
