If you have any food intolerances, allergies or dietary restrictions, it is essential to contact us before making your reservation. There are certain limitations that we cannot accommodate.
Our tables are subject to reservation within the following time frames:
- Lunch: reservations accepted between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm, with 2:00 pm being the latest arrival time. - Dinner: reservations accepted between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm, with 8:30 pm being the latest arrival time.
To reserve a table at DiverXO, it is necessary to purchase a ticket; the price is €450 (VAT included) per person, which corresponds to the price of the tasting menu (drinks not included) and will be deducted from the final bill on the day of your experience. These tickets are transferable to a third party in case of non-attendance.
We do not accept changes to the reservation date, but if you cancel with fourteen days' notice, we will refund the ticket amount. To cancel, please send an email to info@diverxo.com
Once the reservation is confirmed, we do not allow reductions in the number of diners, even if requested within the established cancellation period, so we kindly ask you not to reserve a higher number than desired. It is essential that the number of guests who attend the restaurant matches the number of tickets purchased at the time of the reservation, as if there are fewer, the bill will include the full menu for the number of people included in the reservation initially.
Your reservation is accepted once you receive our confirmation. 7 days before your experience, we will contact you to finalize the details of your visit and confirm your attendance. It is essential that we can reach you, as if we cannot, you may lose your reservation.
We would like to inform you that unfortunately, we cannot accept baby strollers or provide highchairs. DiverXO is not the most suitable restaurant for children under 10 years old.
At DiverXO, we do not have an à la carte menu; there is a single tasting menu. The duration of your experience is variable, as we try to adapt to the pace of each dinner, with a minimum of three hours.
The restaurant will kindly hold the reserved table for a period of 20 minutes after the indicated reservation time. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the table as we deem convenient.
We do not have vegetarian or vegan menus.

The personal data required are the suitable, relevant and strictly necessary for the purpose: managing your reservation, and sending comercial information about products and services. Likewise, you certify that all the personal data you provide us are truthful, veracious and pertinents for the finality they are asked for. At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, data portability and erasure prescribed by the law according to the legal procedure determined, by means of a signed writing accompanied with an ID copy address to the directorate of the restaurant, or by means of electronic email to the restaurant email address. We consider that if you do not cancel expressly your personal data from our database, you are still interested in being included to them until the restaurant considers.
