Terms and conditions

Remember that if you suffer from intolerances, food allergies or dietary restrictions we strongly recommend that you contact us before making your reservation. There are some limitations that we cannot adjust to.

In order to book a table in DiverXO it is mandatory to purchase a ticket, as in theatres or a soccer game. The price of the ticket is 250€ (tax included) per person, which corresponds to the price of the degustation menu (beverage not included). This amount will be deducted from your invoice at the end of your experience with us.

If you are unable to attend the tickets are transferable to others.

We do not admit changes on the booking date, but if you cancel fourteen days in advance we will reimburse the full amount paid.

Book for the exact number of guests that will be attending. It is important that the number of people attending corresponds with the tickets bought in the reservation. If at the day of the experience there are less people attending than tickets bought we will charge the full amount of the menu of the missing guests.

Your reservations is accepted once you receive our email confirmation.

Between 72 to 96 hours prior to your experience we will contact you to check on the last details of your visit and to confirm your attendance. It is important that we can locate you, because if we cannot you may lose your reservation

We do not allow prams and are unable to provide highchairs.

DiverXO is not the most suitable restaurant for children under 10 years old.

DiverXO does not have an open menu, we only have a tasting menu. Its price is 250€

The experience usually takes at least three hours, but it depends on your rhythm, we adjust to it.

We do not have a menu for vegans nor vegetarians.

The marking of the corresponding Checkboxes of the booking engine constitutes the express consent to the processing of the personal data. In order to safeguard the security of your personal data, technical and organizational security measures will be implemented, as the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 demands. The personal data required are the suitable, relevant and strictly necessary for the purpose: managing your reservation, and sending comercial information about products and services. Likewise, you certify that all the personal data you provide us are truthful, veracious and pertinents for the finality they are asked for. At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, data portability and erasure prescribed by the law according to the legal procedure determined, by means of a signed writing accompanied with an ID copy address to the directorate of the restaurant, or by means of electronic email to the restaurant email address. We consider that if you do not cancel expressly your personal data from our database, you are still interested in being included to them until the restaurant considers.
