CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Once the reservation has been booked online, a confirmation email will be sent with all the corresponding information about the booking.

If you want to change the date of your reservation or the number of diners, your request will be attended as long as it is done within a before your booking, and always if there are places available, since it might be necessary to relocate them in another space and there could be no availability. You can also manage this matter by telephone.

We inform you that some days in advance of your reservation, you will receive an email as well as a sms which offers the possibility to reconfirm or cancel your booking by clicking the links enabled for this purpose, if there were.

Just once you have reconfirmed your booking by email or sms, your reservation will be completely booked.

If you prefer, you can carry out your confirmation by calling the restaurant telephone before the date of your booking.

For group reservations subject to a set menu, any extra, food or drink not mentioned in the menu will be billed separately on site.

 

For the day of your booking, We will accept a maximum of 5 cards and / or the full cash for the final payment.

 

In case of lack of attendance of the diners without prior notice or cancellation within a minimum of48hours before the booking,thecorresponding amount per personalready paid as deposit will  not be refundedin case the reservation has a cancellation policy associated.

For this reason, in the moment the reservation is being done, and with the purpose of  guaranteeing it, a credit card details will be request.

In the event of needing an official invoice, you can leave us your complete fiscal data the day of the reservation or write us to the email:info@frankiegallochachacha.comand after the event you will receive the invoice by e-mail.

The personal data required are the suitable, relevant and strictly necessary for the purpose: managing your reservation, and sending comercial information about products and services. Likewise, you certify that all the personal data you provide us are truthful, veracious and pertinents for the finality they are asked for. At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, data portability and erasure prescribed by the law according to the legal procedure determined, by means of a signed writing accompanied with an ID copy address to the directorate of the restaurant, or by means of electronic email to the restaurant email address. We consider that if you do not cancel expressly your personal data from our database, you are still interested in being included to them until the restaurant considers.
