Should you be unable to honour your reservation, you may cancel it without charge up to 15 days prior to your scheduled visit, by contacting our reservations team either by phone or email. A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation has been processed within this timeframe.

After this deadline, please note that the full menu price per guest will be charged.

Force Majeure & Responsibility Disclaimer
While we understand that unexpected situations may arise, we are unfortunately unable to make exceptions for cancellations made less than 15 days before your visit, including but not limited to reasons such as personal emergencies, illness, bereavement, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or transportation issues.
