CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have made your reservation through the web engine or by telephone, you will receive an email with all the relevant information about it and informing you of the status of your reservation “Pending Confirmation.”

To confirm and complete your reservation, you will receive a second email with a direct link requesting prepaid menus and where you can consult the same menu. 

In the event that diners do not show up or cancel less than 24 hours before the booked time, the restaurant will retain 25€ per person of the amount previously paid through the link and will proceed with the refund of the remaining money in the next few days.

If you wish to change the booking date or the number of guests, your request will be processed as long as it is made at least 24 hours before your booking, and if there are places available. You can complete the procedure by calling the restaurant’s telephone number: +34 971 33 45 00. 

We inform you that days before the date and time reserved, you will receive a call or a message reminding you of your reservation and where you must reconfirm your attendance.

Please note that we can only hold your table for, more or less, 15 minutes. After that time, we may need to let your table go, particularly at peak times (the whole party might be there to be seated).

The data that we request is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are collected: manage your reservation and send you commercial information about your products and services. Likewise, it certifies us that all the information you provide us is true, truthful and relevant for the purpose for which we request them. At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and forgetfulness provided by law according to the legally established procedure, by means of a signed document accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI addressed to the restaurant address, or by email to The e-mail address of the restaurant. We consider that if you do not cancel your personal data expressly from our database, you continue to be interested in continuing to incorporate them until the restaurant considers it.
