Voucher Validity

• Valid only for redeeming an experience at this restaurant.
• Cannot be used at other restaurants.
• Valid from Monday to Sunday during the restaurant’s regular hours.

Value and Terms of Use

• Minimum value: €150.
• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other products or services, except in cases provided for in the Right of Withdrawal.
• Cannot be combined with offers, promotions, or discounts.
• Unused balance is non-refundable and non-claimable.
• If the bill exceeds the voucher value, the client must pay the difference.

Voucher Purchase

• Available exclusively through the link provided on the restaurant’s website.
• A valid email address and a credit card are required for the purchase.
• After purchase, a confirmation email with the digital voucher and a unique one-time-use code will be sent.
• If the confirmation email is not received, please contact:

Reservation and Voucher Redemption

• A reservation is required and subject to availability.
• The voucher must be presented either digitally or printed at the time of payment.

Voucher Usage

• Single-use only.
• Preloaded amount cannot be split for multiple visits.

Right of Withdrawal

• The purchaser may cancel the purchase within 14 days from the effective purchase date, provided that the voucher has not been used.

• The refund will be processed using the same card used for the purchase.
