II. TERMS & CONDITIONS

THESE ‘TERMS & CONDITIONS’ MAY VARY FROM TIME TO TIME. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW THEM REGULARLY – CURRENT TERMS FROM NOVEMBER 2024.

 

All restaurant reservations are for 60 minutes. Please arrive at the time you have chosen, as we cannot extend your booking if you are late.

All restaurant bookings are subject to the following conditions:

  • A non-refundable entry payment per person, which corresponds to the general entry price of the event.
  • A minimum spend of €50 per person. This is the minimum amount your group commits to spending on food and drinks at the restaurant. If you do not reach the minimum spend within the allocated time, the difference will not be refunded, nor can it be transferred to a tab, another booking, or event.

For same-day reservations, you must pay the door entry price, and the minimum spend still applies, subject to availability.

Bed/Table minimum spends and restaurant minimum spend are separate and cannot be combined.

If you cannot attend your booking, the payment is non-refundable. However, you may change the date of your reservation at least 7 days in advance within the same year. If the ticket price is higher on the new date than on your original booking, you will need to make a new booking, and we will apply your original payment toward your minimum spend.

Restaurant bookings include entry to the venue after your reservation, provided the minimum spend has been met.

All tables are allocated by our team upon arrival.
