CANCELLATION POLICY

- Once the reservation is made through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming its validity along with all the corresponding information. If you do not receive the reservation confirmation or if any information on the confirmation is incorrect, please contact the restaurant.
- If you wish to modify the reservation date or the number of diners, your request will be answered as long as it is made at least in advance, and if there are places available. You can carry out the procedure by calling the restaurant's telephone number.
- Some services require a credit card to secure the reservation. No charge will be made at the time of booking.
- If you have requested a credit card guarantee, you can cancel or modify the reservation depending on availability at no cost up to 24 hours before the time of service. In the event that the guests do not show up, there is no notice on their part or they do not cancel with a minimum of 24 hours to the provision of the service, the restaurant may charge €40 per guest on the credit card provided.
- Authorizes the restaurant to send instructions to the issuer of your card so that charges are made to it if the above circumstances occur.
- In the case in which a guarantee card has been requested at the time of making the reservation, you will receive an email and an SMS where you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation in the links enabled for this purpose. Only once your reservation is reconfirmed, will your reservation be guaranteed.
- In the event that a guarantee credit card has not been requested at the time of making the reservation, a delay tolerance margin of 15 min will be established. For greater delays, reconfirmation of the reservation is requested.

At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and forgetfulness provided by law according to the legally established procedure, by means of a signed document accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI addressed to the restaurant address, or by email to The e-mail address of the restaurant. We consider that if you do not cancel your personal data expressly from our database, you continue to be interested in continuing to incorporate them until the restaurant considers it.
