RESERVATION

Once the reservation has been made through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming the validity of the reservation along with all the corresponding information. If you do not receive the confirmation of the reservation or if any information in the confirmation is incorrect, please contact the restaurant.

If you wish to change the reservation date or the number of diners, your request will be honored as long as it is made with a minimum of advance notice, and if there are seats available. You can do this by calling the restaurant’s telephone number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you have been asked for a guarantee card at the time of booking, you will receive an email and a sms where you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation in the links provided for this purpose. Your reservation will only be guaranteed when it has been reconfirmed.

Authorization and liability waiver – Dinner at the Pla de la Cot restaurant

1. Purpose of the authorization

By means of this document, the participants accept personal responsibility for
accessing the Pla de la Cot restaurant in Pal Arinsal using snowshoes or ski
touring equipment, outside the resort’s opening hours (from 5:00 pm onwards).

2. Access and safety conditions

 The activity takes place outside the usual operating hours of the Pal
Arinsal slopes and facilities.
 Participants must asume full responsibility for their own safety, physical
and weather conditions.

 It is mandatory to follow the route indicated by the resort, which will be
illuminated from the start of the path to the arrival at the restaurant.
 It is forbidden to circulate in areas where snow grroming machinery is
operating or outside the authorized routes.

3. Liability waiver

Participants declare to be aware that the activity involves inherent riscs associated
with snowshoieng or ski touring, especially outside opening hours, and exempts the
Pal Arinsal ski resort, EMAP from any liability arising from:
 Accidents, injuries or personal physical harm.
 Damage to or loss of material or equipment.
 Adverse weather condicions or other natural circumstances.
Likewise, participants fully assume the risks arising from their participation and
waives any subsequent claim for incidents that may occur during the journey to or
from the restaurant.

4. Declaration

I declare that I have read and understood all the conditions stated in this document
and agree to participate in this activity under my own responsibility.
