BOOKING POLICIES

Dear guest,

all reservations will be automatically confirmed by email after entering the details of a guarantee card.

You can delete the table online by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.

Cancellations by phone cannot be considered.

A credit card is required to guarante reservation. At this time there will be no charge and the bill will normally be paid at the end of the meal.

The restaurant does not have direct access to the data provided, as they are processed and managed in total security by Cover Manager platform.

Cancellations and changes can be made up to 48 hours before the booked arrival time.

By continuing this process and confirming the reservation, you agree that, in the event of a late cancellation, No Show, or in the event of a reduction in the number of covered guests communicated, the restaurant is entitled to charge 80 € for each withdrawing guest.

In case of delay we ask you to notify us by phone; over 20 minutes of delay not communicated the table will not be guaranteed.

Please note that it is important to report the presence of any allergies and/ or intolerances during booking.

Allergies or intolerances not communicated at the time of booking will not be accepted.

Children from 12 years and up are welcome.

Small dogs are allowed, please report it in the notes for a proper reception. We ask the owners to take care of their pet so that it does not disturb other guests.

The restaurant does not require any type of specific clothing, requires only the kind Gentlemen to avoid tank tops, Bermuda shorts and sandals.
