You can make your reservation for up to 12 people through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We invite you to book your table at one of our different spaces:

• The Terrace (Terraza)
• The GreenHouse (Invernadero) | Smoke-free, air-conditioned.

Reservation requests for 12 people or more should be made by sending an email to reservasreinasofia@arzabal.com

Cancellation & Amendment Policy.

IMPORTANT:

Reservations will require credit card information. Your card will not be charged at the moment.

if you would not be able to assist to your reservation, we sincerely ask you to cancel it on the links provided previously on the confirmation email , at least 4 hours prior of the time of your reservation.

Any cancellation or amendment after this time, will not be guarantee and the restaurant reserves the right to apply the fee of 15€ per person (10% IVA inclusive). This will also be applied for no-shows.

For this reason, we require a credit/debit card details at the time of making reservations, although we will not charge any fee, only in the event of a situation like mentioned above.
